President Trump keeps going after the late Senator John McCain. During a FOX Business Network interview airing today, Trump again blamed the late Arizona Republican for giving a dossier of Trump's alleged ties to Russia to the FBI, eventually leading to the Special Counsel investigation by Robert Mueller.        Two U.S. service members have been killed during a joint operation with Afghan forces in northern Afghanistan today. There are currently more than eight-thousand American forces in Afghanistan serving in America's longest war.        Homeland Security chief Kirstjen Nielsen is evaluating what she saw during a visit to the U.S.-Mexico border. Nielsen met with dozens of county sheriffs and Border Patrol officers in Texas on Thursday. They talked about issues including local and state law enforcement officers' role in helping with federal immigration duties.        Forecasters are warning that Midwest could get worse this spring. The director of the National Weather Center said in a statement that communities where more than 200-million people live are at risk of flooding. The federal outlook predicts major or moderate flooding in 25 states.        It doesn't appear there will be enough votes to pass legislation that would legalize recreational marijuana in New Jersey. A vote is expected Monday but Governor Phil Murphy said Thursday, "We're not there yet and have a ways to go". Murphy and legislative leaders agreed on a plan to legalize weed and have spent this week trying to convince lawmakers to vote for it.        Three number-one seeds play today on the second full day of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. Virginia takes on Gardner-Webb in the South Region, Duke faces North Dakota State in the East, and North Carolina meets Iona in the Midwest. Top-seed Gonzaga put away Fairleigh Dickinson, 87-49 in the West Region on Thursday.
